VA Corporation participated in the production of the main trailer for "PNC 2022" through virtual production technology, VA Corporate announced.
The main trailer video for "PNC 2022" was shot in VA Studio Hanam, a virtual studio consisting of a 360-degree giant oval-shaped LED wall (53.5m wide, 8m high, 19m diameter). VA Corporation expressed sophisticated and realistic battleground scenes by virtual production.
VA Corporation said that the harmony of physical elements such as actors, props and the game environment on the LED backdrop could lead the high-quality video. VA Corporation created various items and environments featuring battleground by using Unreal Engine.
"This project was a new and meaningful attempt to perfectly implement the virtual environment in the game through virtual production technology," said by Kim Dongeon, CEO of VA Corporation. Also, he said "Through this attempt, we have proven the versatility of game IPs based on our technology and will continue to expand in the future."
